Butt Augmentation with Implants
What is Butt Augmentation?
Butt Augmentation with Implants is a surgical procedure designed to enhance the shape, size, and projection of the buttocks using medical-grade silicone implants. This method is ideal for patients who have limited body fat or are seeking a more defined and dramatic enhancement that may not be achievable through fat transfer alone.
During the procedure, soft yet durable implants are placed beneath the gluteal muscles through carefully concealed incisions, typically located in the natural crease between the buttocks. The result is a fuller, rounder, and more symmetrical buttock contour that complements your body’s proportions.
Butt implant surgery offers long-lasting results and is performed under general anesthesia. With proper post-operative care, patients can expect a significant boost in volume and shape, enhancing both silhouette and self-confidence.
At The Raynald Center, our surgical approach prioritizes natural-looking curves, safety, and personalized outcomes tailored to your aesthetic goals.
Pre-Procedure Guidelines
Maintain a healthy diet and stay well-hydrated.
Confirm and prepare all required documents (consent forms, lab results).
Stop taking any blood-thinning medications unless otherwise advised.
Do not eat or drink anything unless instructed otherwise (including water).
Post Procedure Guidelines
Have a responsible adult stay with you for at least 24 hours.
Sleep on your stomach or side only — avoid sitting or lying on your buttocks. (Sitting with a supported pillow mid-thigh is fine)
Wear your compression garment 24/7, removing it only to shower (unless otherwise instructed).
Expect swelling, bruising, and drainage from liposuction sites — this is normal.
