1. Hydration is Key
Drink at least 2 liters of water daily for 2–3 days before your session. Hydration supports lymphatic drainage and fat metabolism.
2. Avoid Alcohol and Caffeine
Refrain from consuming alcohol or excessive caffeine 24 hours before treatment as these can dehydrate the body and hinder lymphatic flow.
3. Maintain a Healthy Diet
Avoid heavy meals high in fat or sugar on the day of treatment.
Eat light, healthy meals to support metabolic function.
4. Do Not Apply Lotions or Creams
Avoid applying body lotions, creams, or oils on the treatment area on the day of your session.
5. Wear Comfortable Clothing

Post Procedure Guidelines
After your 3D Lipo treatment, it’s essential to support your body’s natural detoxification process and enhance results by following these guidelines:
1. Stay Hydrated
Continue drinking at least 2 liters of water per day for the next 3–5 days to flush out released fat and toxins.
2. Avoid Alcohol, Caffeine, and Smoking
Refrain from these for at least 48 hours post-treatment to support the detox process.
3. Gentle Activity Recommended
Light physical activity (e.g., walking) is encouraged to stimulate lymphatic drainage.
Avoid intense workouts for 24 hours after treatment.
4. Avoid Heat Exposure
Skip saunas, steam rooms, hot showers, or baths for 24–48 hours to minimize inflammation or sensitivity.
5. No Harsh Products
Avoid applying perfumed products, self-tanners, or exfoliants on the treated area for 48 hours.
6. Eat Clean
Stick to a healthy, low-carb, and low-fat diet in the days following your session to optimize fat elimination.
7. Massage the Treated Area (Optional)

8. Multiple Sessions May Be Required

9. Monitor for Side Effects
Temporary redness, warmth, mild bruising, or sensitivity in the treated area is normal and should resolve within a few hours to a couple of days.
